IMAGE QUALITY

For the best printing results, upload the largest and clearest original image available. Screenshots, blurry photographs, dark images, or heavily compressed files may produce lower-quality results. We may contact you if a replacement image is needed.

PROOF AND PRODUCTION

Your order will not enter production until you approve the digital proof. Customization and proof approval require additional processing time. Shipping time begins after the approved design enters production.

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to reproduce it. Please do not upload copyrighted, trademarked, unlawful, hateful, or otherwise unauthorized material.

Because this product is personalized, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after the proof has been approved and production has begun, except when the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced.
