Affiliate Program Agreementand Payout Policy

This Affiliate Program Agreement and Payout Policy (the “Agreement”) governs participation in the Christians Be Like Apparel affiliate program (the “Program”). By applying, accepting approval, accessing the affiliate dashboard, or using a referral link or code, the affiliate (“Affiliate” or “you”) agrees to this Agreement. Christians Be Like Apparel is referred to as the “Company,” “we,” or “us.”

1. Program purpose and eligibility

The Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible products sold through ChristiansBeLike.store and earn commissions on qualifying orders that ReferrLy properly attributes to them. You must be at least 18 years old, provide complete and accurate information, maintain an accessible email address, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules. Application does not guarantee approval. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove an account at our reasonable discretion.

2. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or a promise of earnings. You may not enter agreements, make promises, incur obligations, or speak on behalf of the Company or its owners.

3. Commission and qualifying orders

The default commission is 10% of eligible net merchandise sales that are properly tracked to your account. Unless we approve a different rate in writing, the 10% rate shown in your dashboard applies. Eligible net merchandise sales generally means the product amount actually paid after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, gift cards, refunded or canceled amounts, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and any product or collection we identify as excluded. Purchases completed on Amazon or another website are not eligible unless we state otherwise in writing.

A commission becomes payable only after the order is paid, accepted as valid, and reviewed. The ReferrLy records shown in the merchant account control attribution and calculations, subject to correction of a documented error.

4. What the 30-day cookie means

When a potential customer clicks your unique referral link, ReferrLy places a small tracking file—called a cookie—in that customer’s browser. The cookie helps the system remember that you referred the customer. If the customer completes an eligible purchase within 30 days after clicking your link, you may receive the applicable commission even when the customer leaves the store and returns later.

A 30-day tracking period does not guarantee credit. Tracking may fail or change if the customer blocks or clears cookies, uses another browser or device, clicks another affiliate’s referral link, or purchases after the 30-day period. Credit is awarded only when ReferrLy records the referral and the resulting order is eligible. The cookie does not give you access to the customer’s private information or browsing history.

5. Orders that do not earn commission

No commission is earned on:

your own purchases through your referral link or code, or sham purchases arranged primarily to create a commission;

canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, fraudulent, unpaid, or chargeback orders, including the affected portion of a partially refunded order;

orders that ReferrLy does not attribute to your account, purchases made after tracking expires, or transactions completed outside ChristiansBeLike.store;

taxes, shipping, gift-card value, free items, or excluded products and collections; or

orders generated through prohibited advertising, deceptive conduct, cookie stuffing, adware, spam, or other manipulation.

6. Payout policy

Approved commissions are reviewed monthly and paid manually through PayPal on or about the 15th of the following month. For example, approved commissions earned in September are ordinarily scheduled for payment on or about October 15. Processing time may vary because of weekends, holidays, fraud review, returns, or PayPal delays.

The minimum payout balance is $10. If your approved balance is below $10, it rolls forward and remains in your account until the approved balance reaches $10. You must enter and maintain a correct PayPal email address in Payment Settings. A payment sent to the PayPal information you supplied is considered properly issued. You are responsible for PayPal fees, currency conversion, and any bank or payment-provider charges that apply to you.

If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back after commission is credited or paid, we may reverse that commission, subtract it from a future balance, or request repayment when necessary. We may hold a payment while investigating suspected fraud, policy violations, tracking errors, or incomplete payment information.

7. Affiliate disclosures and honest endorsements

You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with Christians Be Like Apparel whenever you promote the Company. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand and placed with the endorsement or referral link—not hidden in a profile, at the end of a long caption, behind a “more” link, or only on a separate disclosures page.

A recommended disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” You may also use a clear label such as “Ad,” “Paid link,” or “Affiliate link” when appropriate. In video content, put the disclosure in the video itself as well as near the written description or link. In live content, repeat it periodically. Your statements must reflect your honest experience, and you may not make claims about a product that the Company could not lawfully make.

8. Approved promotion and brand use

While your account is active, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable permission to use Company-provided logos, product images, and approved marketing materials solely to promote eligible Company products. All trademarks, copyrights, designs, ministry materials, and other intellectual property remain the Company’s property.

You agree to:

use the brand name accurately and not imply that you own, operate, represent, or are officially employed by the Company;

present Christians Be Like Apparel and its faith-centered message respectfully and truthfully;

obtain written permission before materially altering logos or official graphics; and

stop using Company materials promptly when your participation ends.

9. Prohibited promotion

Without prior written approval, you may not:

send unsolicited bulk messages, use misleading links or claims, impersonate the Company, or create confusion about an official Company page;

bid on “Christians Be Like,” “Christians Be Like Apparel,” owners’ names, misspellings, or related brand terms in paid search advertising;

register domains, social handles, pages, or groups containing Company trademarks or confusingly similar wording;

publish coupons or discount claims that were not issued or approved by the Company;

use pop-ups, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, spyware, automated clicks, purchased traffic, or other deceptive attribution methods; or

place the brand beside hateful, obscene, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, deceptive, or exploitative content.

10. Pricing, customer service, and product statements

Prices, inventory, shipping times, discount availability, and product descriptions may change. Do not promise a price, delivery date, result, guarantee, refund, or customer-service outcome beyond what appears on the store at the time. Direct order, shipping, return, and product questions to ChristiansBeLike.store or info@christiansbelike.store.

11. Taxes and records

You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes associated with affiliate earnings. We may request a Form W-9 or other tax documentation and may report payments when legally required. Keep your own records. If you believe a commission or payment is incorrect, contact us within 30 days after it appears in the dashboard or payout record and include the order date, referral details, and supporting information.

12. Privacy and confidentiality

Use any nonpublic information received through the Program only for legitimate Program purposes. Do not collect, retain, disclose, or misuse customer personal information. Follow applicable privacy, email, advertising, and consumer-protection laws. Dashboard credentials are personal to you and must be kept secure.

13. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may immediately suspend tracking, withhold disputed commissions, or terminate an account for suspected fraud, self-referral, deceptive promotion, brand misuse, legal violations, or breach of this Agreement. After an ordinary termination, any valid, undisputed commission earned before termination will be reviewed and included in the next practical payout cycle, even if the final approved balance is below $10. Invalid, fraudulent, reversed, or policy-violating commissions are not payable.

14. Changes to the Program

We may change commission rates, tracking periods, payout timing, eligible products, tools, or these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice through email, the affiliate dashboard, or a posted revision. Continued participation after the effective date of a change means you accept the revised terms. We may discontinue the Program at any time.

15. No earnings guarantee; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee traffic, sales, commissions, income, platform availability, uninterrupted tracking, or any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Program. The Company’s total liability relating to the Program will not exceed the unpaid, valid commissions owed to you for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. General terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your Program account or rights without written approval. This Agreement, together with any written commission exception we approve, is the complete agreement concerning the Program and replaces prior discussions on the same subject.
