Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Christians Be Like Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to correct it.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be delayed:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
- If you still need assistance, contact us and we will gladly help investigate the issue.
Christians Be Like Apparel is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or your property's management office.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Items
To provide faster service, some orders may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
